Response to spill emergency in a neighborhood named Colonia Hipodromo, at Cd. Madero, Tamaulipas.
Rains of this month caused a spill from the refinery towards the mentioned neighborhood; we timely addressed the spill and worked continuously for 21 days. We used 450m of containment barriers, two full skimmers, boats, hydrocarbon absorbent material and OSR technicians interacting with the Environment Deparment (Semarnat), Safety Department (Proteccion Civil) and Pemex.
